The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Holiday Home U Černých ovcí

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
