A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. In summer, children have plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors; from July, the swimming pond will also go into operation.

Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

When we knew when we reached our place, there was quick communication. Then we were picked up on time at the meeting point and we were also told a lot about the area how we got there. For a third person, we had another place to stay somewhere else. We were brought directly and there was a quick handover. In the meantime and also at delivery, everything went smoothly and with prompt communication. Everything was clean and we had everything you need for a short trip. I'd love to come back.

Very nice landlord who allowed us earlier access to the apartment. The location is great, very centrally located and the city center and harbor are within walking distance. The apartment is extremely quiet overall and the roof terrace is a dream. You have the feeling that you are floating above the roofs of Greifswald.

The place is in a good location. Is very nicely decorated and clean. Everything at ground level and with your own entrance. There is also a parking space in front of the house, we always got one. Centrally located but quiet. Zufuss is quickly downtown. There is a lot to do by bike. Questions will be answered very quickly and nicely. We would book again anytime.
