The Annex at Buttons Farm

The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Saddlery is in the picturesque village of Frant, one of the most charming and beautiful in East Sussex. Situated two miles from Tunbridge Wells in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; ideal for country walks. Frant benefits from a village green with children's play area, two lovely village pubs, a convenience store, café and beauty salon. Built in the late 1800’s, this character property has been recently renovated to a cosy, inviting, fully furnished and equipped cottage.
