Beachfront holiday rental in Waikoloa Beach

We had a great time at Alexi’s place! It is indeed a gorgeous condo, just as described. It was super clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the W/D in the unit. The location was perfect for us. It was centrally located and close to everything. We had direct access to the beach. Alexi was very helpful and responsive. He gave us some great local food recommendations. The building manager was also super nice and gave us some tips and guidance that made our trip very enjoyable. This was our first trip to Maui and we loved it so much that we are looking forward to coming back.

This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Thanks, Gail. We are coming back next year.

We were sad to spend such short time in the actual unit, but it had everything you needed to stay for a while. Fully stocked mini kitchen made it easy to whip up a couple of things. Filtered water from the tap was available and made refilling our bottles easy. The view of the black sand beach from the patio was beautiful. Falling asleep to the waves crashing in was like your own personal calm app. Exploring the beach was fun, as there is a little surprise find down there! But the most delightful surprise was the patio couch/bed. We all know how dirty and insect infested patio furniture can become, but this bed was so clean and bug-less! I was in completely bliss laying out there. Even the pillows were clean! Will definitely book again if back in Hāna.

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Robert was amazing to deal with! Great communicator, very accommodating of the guest, and seemed very genuine. The Westin at Kaanapali speaks for itself! It has everything…pools, great location, awesome beach front ! Had a great ocean view! And view of the pools! The room was very spacious. It was just two of us but we could have had two more people on the sofa bed easily. Small kitchen with full fridge and ice maker allowed for in room meal accommodations and cold refreshments. Spacious bathroom . It was five star plus! We had a hard time leaving… it was perfect and there is always so much to do in Hawaii.

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

The apartment was as advertised. Most everything was new or nicely updated. The view from the balcony was beautiful

I really enjoyed my stay here! Nick and Chelsea were very responsive regarding any questions I had. The location is near everything - beaches, shopping, restaurants. I also appreciated that there were ample amounts of parking. If you are planning on staying in Kihei, do not hesitate to book this spot! I will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for 2! The kitchen was really well stocked, much better than other AirBnBs we have stayed at. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee out on the Lanai every morning with a sliver of ocean in view. Easy to walk to everything you need - grocery store, beautiful beaches etc. Umbrella and chair rentals from the resort came in handy and best price around ($60 for 4 days). Resort staff were also friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying at Truman’s property. I came with a friend for another friend’s wedding and it was very close to things, especially snorkeling. Just about 10 min drive to really good snorkeling. If you do the molokini crater snorkel, there are boat options that pick you up in Kihei. The property was really clean and honestly had everything I could have possibly needed. They had a steamer, sunblock, aloe, snorkeling kits, etc. Only thing is I wish they had conditioner. A/C worked well and the kitchen and bathroom were so clean. Unfortunately, I had to leave early but they were great in terms of communication. If I ever come back to Maui, I’d definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! Carron had everything we needed for a beach day (cooler, beach chairs, towels, umbrella + more). We had the most amazing view of the sunset and even spotted a few turtles swimming right below. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Great host and great home! Dmitrys home had everything we needed for our vacation and more, much better than a stay at a hotel. Perfect location, very close to food and markets and we felt we were right in the middle to explore the whole island. See you again next summer!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. It offered easy access to the airport and grocery stores, was less than an hour’s drive to Kaanapali for snorkeling, and under 30 minutes to Makena, with plenty to explore in between. The unit itself was amazing—very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need after a long day at the beach or for a relaxing evening in. We cooked nearly every day in the well-equipped kitchen, which made us feel right at home. And the views… just wow. The balcony floats above the beach, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or dinner with a sunset backdrop (definitely the highlight for us). The sound of the waves filled the space day and night—even with the windows closed—which added a whole other layer of tranquility. It’s one of those rare places you almost don’t want to share, because it’s just that special.

Stunning location! 4 adults stayed here (2 min the bedroom, 2 in the living room pull out couch) and only having 1 bedroom was well worth the view and location. Loved being able to walk to the beach right off the property! Very nice washer and dryer too.

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had the most lovely stay at this resort! Jordan’s place is exactly like the photos and is beautifully private. While you cannot exactly see the ocean from the condo—the trees and foliage has now grown too high—we loved opening the late sliding doors and listing to the ocean whenever we were at the home. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we loved having access to all of the coffee and appliances supplied. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool has all the amenities you can imagine. There a many places to eat, grab coffee, and activities in a close drive to the location. We did see a singular cockroach inside near where a screened window was ajar. Jordan was very responsive when we message him about this. We had absolutely no concerns about the cleanliness of the condo throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, this was a tropical luxury stay perfect for a honeymoon filled with privacy and easy access to all things one could want in Maui.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Staying at this home in Hana was an unforgettable experience. The property is tucked away in lush, tropical surroundings, offering peace, privacy, and breathtaking natural beauty. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The home was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the comforts we needed. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to misty mornings with ocean views. The location was perfect for exploring Hana’s many waterfalls, beaches, and trails—yet it was so serene that we often just wanted to relax and soak in the atmosphere. One of the most unexpected and memorable touches was the book selection in the office. We spent time browsing through it and ended up finding a book written about the house itself—which added such a unique and meaningful layer to our stay. I truly enjoyed learning more about the history and spirit of the home.

Wonderful property! Karma is a great host: quick to respond, flexible and kind. She went above and beyond to help make our trip enjoyable. The condo itself is very well stocked and comfortable. Really appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, goggles/masks and boogie boards!). Beds and sheets were sooo nice, and there were lots of extra beach and bath towels. While at the condo we spent lots of time watching the birds from the lanai, enjoyed walks on the beach and sunsets from the rooftop. Kehei is a small, safe town in a great location to begin/end all of our Maui adventures. A few of our favorites: Palauea Beach, Monkeypod restaurant, Duo (splurge at the Four Seasons), Trilogy snorkel tour to Kaanapali, North Shore Zipline, hula show at South Maui Gardens. Thank you Karma for a magical first trip to Maui.

The condo is located directly on the beach with beautiful views of the nearby island and the crater. We could easily walk down to a small beach directly behind the condo where turtles come up every day to rest. The condo itself was comfortable for my boyfriend and me. Furnishings and appliances are a bit outdated, but nothing was in poor shape. Location is walkable to a great food truck “court”, coffee shops, and restaurants. Parking spaces are tight, although a minivan and mid size truck managed to park beside us. The stay included free tickets for activities. We took advantage of the Maui Gold Pineapple Farm tour and loved it.
