Monthly Rentals in Wailoa River

We've stayed in this condo complex last year for Merrie Monarch and really like the location. The view was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants/coffee shop we frequent. Everything was clean and we appreciated having access to netflix, etc, when relaxing at night. We never cooked, but noted that the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay in the unit again.

Maggie was very responsive and helpful. She had great recommendations and was flexible when I needed to add a night to my trip. The room has a great location and the balcony was amazing. It was very clean the bed was comfy and the fan combined with the AC kept it very cool. The pool was really big and had fresh water which makes a big difference. Overall a great experience A+ Mahalo Maggie!

I loved my stay here! Lisa decorated this apartment so nicely & took her time to make sure all the details to make a guest happy were included. I loved that she had a boogie board, goggles & beach towels for us to use! Such a thoughtful touch. Something I would like to note more for other guests to do is to clean their dishes before putting them away. I unfortunately didn’t use any of the dishes as they were visibly dirty due to prior tenants not properly cleaning them. I would recommended leaving a fresh new sponge in between new guests so they can tidy up easier. I also didn’t have an issue with the heat as I know many apts in Hawaii don’t have ac but my boyfriend runs pretty warm already so he had difficulty sleeping. If you need ac to sleep peacefully I would not recommended as it does get pretty toasty in the apartment. But I survived a week & was perfectly fine!

This cozy cute apartment with a fun balcony sitting area is in a great location. Christopher sent us some great restaurant and activity recommendations. It is close to down town and numerous parks and beaches. My husband enjoyed running in the estuary park next to the condo. The little pond with ducks running through the place was so cute. The apartment is on the third floor and little ways from the parking lot. We had a great stay and fun first time visiting Hilo.
