Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waimarino

What a stunning Airbnb! We could have sat on the sofa and stared out of the huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Taupō all day, and the real open log fire (very generously loads of firewood provided) made evenings extra cosy. It was super clean and tidy, has all the amenities you’d need, and was walkable to a few nice cafés/restaurants and less than a 10 min drive into Taupō itself which is a fantastic town. The outdoor bath is such an incredible treat! The night skies you get are absolutely beautiful, like nothing we’ve ever seen, and sitting in the outdoor tub stargazing was a highlight. Heads up - both beds (we tried both after not being super comfy the first night) are extremely firm which was the only slight down side to our stay but that’s very much preference and many may prefer that.

Lara’s place is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities that you need whether it’s for work or play, washer and drier, heat pump and super comfy beds. Lara’s clearly thought out the presentation of the house as it is not bare and tastefully decorated whilst still being child friendly. Thanks for having us would book again without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at thia Bach. It was beautiful. The views werw spectacular. Will surely come back to stay here!

Great spot with a very short walk to township. House was very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, pleanty of space if you are doing a family trip

Great open plan kitchen/living/dining area. BBQ was excellent. Being a group of fisherman, a few hooks around the place etc would have been handy to air out waders at the end of the day....but these sort of things were minor annoyances. Bunk room a little cramped, however all things considered an ideal place for a group of 5-7 anglers. Thanks Kim👍

What a beautiful home! It was immaculate and well set out. The jack and Jill bathroom was excellent as we had our toddler with us so it gave us fast and easy access to him in the night. The beds were very comfy. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay at Irene’s apartment. She is super attentive and the house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Feels brand new. Clean and tidy. As per photos. Spacious for a studio. Lots of fire safety features. Would recommend. Cons: On the 2nd level so access isn't the best with small walk way. No bathroom mirror & small vanity. Fridge opens the wrong way. Squeaky floors in some areas.

6 family members had a wonderful stay. Loved the large living space with plenty of room for all ages and comfortable and stylish furniture. Wifi was good for all of us with devices, beds comfortable, shower had good pressure and it was good there was a 2nd toilet in the laundry with a full house. Friendly helpful host we really enjoyed our stay thank you for hosting us

A wonderful place to stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. Rick was amazing to deal with and very quick and clear communication. We'll definitely return soon.
