Gave it a 5 stars because we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean, smells great, including the bedding. The pool was a great feature that we got to enjoy and we hope to stay here again if we ever come back to Raleigh! The video tutorial to find the lock box for the key fob was extremely helpful. Also the bed was super comfy. If they could maybe get a full body mirror, that would be the only thing we were really missing when it came to our outfits and getting ready. Whoever is doing the cleaning does a fantastic job though, it’s especially hard to find some places that are up to our cleanliness standard. The hosts were also quick to respond and communicated very well and were super friendly. The detailed list of rules were a little intimidating but we had a great stay and had no issues. 10/10 recommended!

The house is beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. The back of the house is adjacent to the fairway of a golf course, which made it even more quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility. I would stay there again. Thank you, Ray

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ivette’s Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Ivette was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I had any questions. I truly enjoyed my time there. The space was comfortable, and I was able to come and go freely, which made things even more convenient. Ivette was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home. Whenever I return to Raleigh, Ivette’s place will absolutely be my first choice. Thank you again, Ivette, for such a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay without any issues. The house was as described and we liked hanging outside on the patio. The pool and walking around the lake were the main attractions for us staying there. Clare was always available for any questions and to give us the pool key. As others described, the furniture is outdated and I think just replacing the couches would serve them well. We'd definitely stay there again.

Brownstone Downtown Rooftop Stay/Venue Entire Home

We were in town to attend a conference at the convention center that is 3 blocks away. Six of us stayed at the house. The brownstone is beautiful with hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen. I believe this place to be a new home to the owner. The silverware is still in the box from the store and only four plates. The only glasses were champaign flutes or coffee mugs. There was no toaster. I believe he is still getting the place stocked sufficiently. The homeowner was very responsive to our needs. We reached out several times about a couple of issues and he made sure to come by the place to get those corrected. For example, we didn't have any hot water the first day but he had a plumber there and it was fixed by the time we got back to the house. He also had someone come in to fix the door to the balcony that wouldn't close properly. Be aware the road noise can be a bit bothersome with sirens, trains and traffic. Overall I would recommend this rental.

This house was perfect for our every need. We were booking in a rush due to just learning of the need for immediate brain surgery. Booking was easy and the host was very responsive. We were allowed to arrive early though we didn’t get there till 4:00 anyways. Any questions were responded to very quickly. We were closely located to every thing we needed. The home was great we were able to cook some meals saving us money for the week. Bathrooms were stocked, linens were clean, the washer and dryer worked very well and were handy, the kitchen was supplied with pots and pans. We can’t thank the host enough for all this house meant to us saving worry when we were already very anxious. The host offered prayers as well during an extreme time of need for them meaning the world to us. BOOK THIS HOUSE IF YOU ARE LOOKING.

Four bedrooms with similar size and beds. Two bedrooms per bathroom is the set up. That was very nice. We were busy pretty much all of the day but enjoyed what we could.
