Highly recommended — especially for families with young children! The property has everything you could need, and there’s even a charming farm nearby (just be sure to check their hours in advance). The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was spotless and had such a welcoming, positive energy. With so much land to explore, you truly don’t need to leave the property if you bring your own food and supplies. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future!

We booked the house for five nights for a group of six adults and had a lovely visit. Gabriela was a fantastic host communicating super promptly to our questions. It rained 90% of the time so we used the interior of the house to the fullest, and not the exterior (no fire pit, bikes, or hot tub) so cannot comment on those features. All appliances worked well. Kitchen is helpfully labeled and well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy, and downstairs family/game room is a great space for all ages. Furniture was comfortable, dining table was welcoming and though the house shows a bit of wear and tear here and there, everything was clean, tidy, and decorated appealingly. Tip: Bellvale Market just 7” away had great quality food products; Warwick, a quaint larger town, is just 10-15” away providing all other conveniences.

The Chateau Renee was a great place to stay! From the scenic view from the back deck and hot tub, to the beautifully curated interior, our small group had an amazing time. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Greenwood Lake and over in Warwick, and were able to catch a broadway show in the city since we were only about an hour away. If you’re looking for a spot to stay anywhere in this area, you have found your Airbnb!

Perfect, modern yet cozy cabin. The aesthetic was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The neighbors are close but we never saw them. Maybe because we came up before the season picks up. We utilized all of Bilen's local recommendations. We loved the Local Table & Tap. Beautiful views. We also took a drive to Upward Brewing which was phenomenal. Keeping this Airbnb in my go-tos. Couldn't be happier :) Perfect for nature lovers.

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

This cottage was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a couple’s getaway! We loved how private the cottage was and the privacy fence around the backyard. The fire pit was a great way to wind down and enjoy s’mores (provided by the hosts) at the end of the night. The hot tub was also a perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of hiking. We loved that the instructions were provided so we explicitly knew what to do and not to do. The bed and bed covers were very comfortable and incredibly clean! We enjoyed all the little details put into decorating the cottage without being cluttered. While we didn’t need to use more than a few utensils when staying there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had a little Keurig coffee bar to use if desired. This cottage was well worth the price and a phenomenal place to stay while visiting Lake Wallenpaupack. It’s close enough to important and fun places, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Bob & Julie's they were excellent hosts! The house and property are beautiful! This place is one we would return to without hesitation. It was very clean and included everything needed in the kitchen at home cooking. Hot tub was awesome with amazing view on the lake. The wood burning fire pit was one of our favorites about the house. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

I love the fresh air flowing throughout this entire little cottage. Every room invites dappled sunlight filtered through lush summer foliage. It is truly cozy, whether enjoying a coffee on the back porch, journaling at the desk or chilling on the big comfy couch. Walk out the door and the lake and charming downtown are steps away. I find myself thinking I could truly spend a happy month, here. Stay. Return. I know I will.

The Lazy River cottage was amazing. It was so peaceful and exactly what my wife and I needed as a getaway. It couldn’t have been more organized, clean, and everything was so clearly labeled. It was so nice to sit and watch the beautiful river in peace and quiet. David is an amazing host and we’d definitely come back!

The house and property were absolutely lovely, clean, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. When there was a big rain storm and the internet had some issues, the hosts responded immediately and reset the modem and offered to call Spectrum. Issue was fixed right away. The pool was perfect temp and so restorative. Would 12/10 recommend staying here.

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to spend our wedding anniversary and John’s place more than delivered. The grounds were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The house was clean and cosy with large windows for letting in the sunlight and fresh air. The sounds of the river were incredibly calming. Leave the white noise machine at home and let the river sing you to sleep! Our dog had plenty of room to run around the property and she loved daily visits to the river, as we did too. The nearby town had some nice restaurants that John recommended, the Heron being our favorite! We had everything we needed and plenty of accommodations were provided, but it was clear that if you needed anything, John would make it happen for you. We loved this place and would absolutely stay there in the future.

We had an amazing time at Mark’s cozy cottage. We immediately felt right at home and enjoyed how close to everything it was. We were a short walk from Bread Alone bakery, as well as the Boiceville Inn and only an eight minute drive from Phoenecia Diner. The cottage was equally as comfortable as it was beautifully designed. We were well accommodated, from having full kitchen access to tools for making cocktails. We would definitely visit again!

Nice surroundings, well equipped for a few meals, and comfortable sleeping for our family visiting the area.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Tony's lake house. The house, exterior patio area by the water, neighborhood, and overall landscape was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing few days. What a picturesque spot to watch a sunrise! My interactions with Tony were extremely pleasant and I'd love to come back sometime soon. Thank for making it a great experience!

This was our second time staying at the cottage. We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The cottage was warm and cozy and Linda had tasteful and festive decor in every nook and cranny. We had the pleasure of meeting Linda. She is a truly wonderful person who loves what she does and it shines through in her beautiful property. So much attention to detail throughout the house. We hope to be back again soon!!

Lovely, modern cabin just 10 min north of Minnewaska entrance making the location spectacular. Secluded but not to far from the necessities (Walmart and gas stations within 10 min). The grounds were lovely and the views from the enclosed patio serene. As a couple, we found this listing perfect for our needs with all the modern amenities but without outside distractions aka no TV. Great! Price, location, amenities, property and host communication was 5 stars. Note: bed is a sofa but very comfortable foam. No window coverings so if you're not an early riser, bring an eye mask. We didn't find the open window concept problematic as their is no direct sight line from neighbors. This listing is one room aka studio, but feels spacious for a couple. I would defianately book again. Thanks boys!

We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to be back soon! It’s was the perfect place for us to stay for our week upstate. We loved the movie collection and listening to the sounds of the creek from the open windows. Really feels like you are at someone’s home and not a soulless rental! Five stars ❤️

The location was great—close to our favorite towns and all the attractions we love like Bethel Arts Center. The house feels private, like you're alone in the middle of the woods, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, and the house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating with all our requests, which made the experience even better.

It was so nice sleeping to the sound of the river outside. Would definitely go back.

beautiful peaceful place, in quiet wooded setting. Lots of deer and ferns with nearby lake. Would stay there again.
