Modern and Historic Vibes in Red Brick Old Town Apartment

A cozy apartment in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town, suitable both for tourists and business people. It is fully equipped with all you might need and freshly renovated. There is a sitting area with big flat-screen (55") with access to Netflix, high-speed Internet and free WiFi. Intelligent sound system allows to play music directly from smartphone. There is a full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and set of toiletries. Two rooms provide comfort for 4 people (bedroom is equipped with queen size bed and living room can be easily adapted for 2 people with a very comfortable sofa). One additional folded bed can be arranged on demand. The guests have access to the whole apartment: 51 sq meters. Access to Red Brick ap. is very easy as we like to make your stay comfortable and unstressful since the beginning. You will get the door access code before arrival. This is our preferred way to visit other places so we wanted the same for our guests. Hope you will like it. If you however need our personal assistance, please let us know prior arrival. This apartment is in a historic building, just steps from the Old Town Square, the Royal Castle and the Sigismund's Column. There are many restaurants, coffeehouses and bars nearby. Warsaw Chopin Airport is only 30 minutes away by road. The apartment is less than a 5-min. walk from the tram and bus stops, can be reached by one bus from the Chopin Airport, there are also bicycle stations nearby. There is no parking in the property. There is a city parking in Podwale street (2 min. walk). Refined Luxury Apartment near Grzybowski Square

Quiet 96m2 apartment, located in the modern centre of Warsaw. A comfortable double bed ( 160/200) in the bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a convertible sofa (140/200) for two in the living room. The second bathroom accessed from the hall contains WC & shower. The apartment has also a separate little room with washing machine and a dressing room. Wi-fi and TV with a collection of CDs. A large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a park. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a terrace, possible allotted parking space in underground garage. I welcome you, I can advice you on transport and sightseeing. I can help with problems whenever necessary. This apartment can be found in the modern city center, near Grzybowski Square and Saski Garden. A supermarket is located in the same building, and the Hala Mirowska food market is nearby, along with restaurants, cafes, and 2 modern art galleries. Two tram stops from Central Railway Station. 5 minutes to walk from the apartment block to underground station Swietokrzyska ( serving both metro lines). Bus and trams stops nearby. A ventilation system ensures comfortable temperature, even when hot outside.

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

My wish is to offer a space where cleanliness, quality mattress, high water pressure, high ceilings, tasteful decoration, stable and strong wifi and quietness allows you to exhale, rest, relax and recharge.
