Amazing hosts! Amazing home! The place was immaculate and well maintained. Also Ozzie always kept me informed of anything coming up and was always responded immediately whenever I needed anything: especially when I locked myself out of the garage lol! Highly recommend!

My stay at the Rock House was incredible -- absolutely one of the most unique, spotless, adorned, and beautiful homes I've had the fortune to stay in. Tamela was proactively helpful, gracious, and curates a comprehensively equipped space -- everything you could hope for in an Airbnb host! I appreciated all of the touches that made my stay seamless, as well as the very comfortable beds. The location is also very peaceful, historic, and walkable. 10/10 stay; do yourself a favor and stay at the Rock House whenever you find yourself in the greater Detroit area!

In the beginning we had a small issue, Olivia was responsive and quickly resolved it. I was apprehensive about renting a town home, however I was pleasantly surprised. The home is elegant, spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood is really peaceful, and is in a great location. Olivia and her staff were professional and very friendly. We highly recommend and would stay there again for our future visits.

The house was so cute and well-decorated! The popcorn machine was a fun bonus for our movie night and the hot tub was lovely! Hanan was kind and helpful, offering local suggestions and available if we needed anything during our stay. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged with everything we needed. The host was communicative, kind, and made check-in super easy. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the place feel welcoming and homey. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with great restaurants and water nearby. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Such a cute place. We felt safe and secure while there. Everything was clean on arrival and we had a great stay. Sarita was great at communicating and responded quickly.

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Nick is a great host. We had a crazy late check in, and he didn’t sign off until he knew we were squared away (2:00 am). The location is nice and close to everything you want to do in downtown, but kinda tucked away and quiet. We would definitely stay at Nick’s again.

We have stayed at Daniel’s apartment several times now. It is always comfortable, immaculate and convenient. This time the gardens and pots of annuals were incredible. Also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of bottled water in the fridge and coffee to go cups. We try to stay at Daniel’s every time we come to Detroit.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Stayed in town for a baseball game and it was walking distance to the ballpark. About a 13 minute walk and had good sidewalks/pedestrian crosswalks to walk along. Looks like this area will only continue to get nicer. Many buildings and housing either getting renovated or new construction which is nice to see. Our room was just how it was listed on the app. Would stay again if in the area.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

Karen was incredible. It was the perfect place to stay. She was beyond accommodating and it is an adorable room with kitchen and bathroom. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommend and will always stay here in the future!

Really nice spot. Walking down to the Eastern Market on Saturday morning and being able to make breakfast right in the kitchen was amazing. Really great views of the whole city and a beautiful apartment with access to a huge terrace.

We spent 3 nights at one of the most impressive Airbnb's ever. Alexis made her Airbnb feel like a home. She has an eye for detail. She supplied top line bathroom amenities, has a fully stocked coffee bar and if you need a workstation for work, she has you covered. The location is also a selling point - Comerica Park and Ford Field were close by. There were restaurants within walking distance. You'll also have easy on premises parking, a huge plus. If our travels bring us back to Detroit - this is the place to stay.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. We really did feel right at home here. it is very conveniently located to be able to access many restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all communications and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host's communication was immaculate! I had some issues with my trip a few times & each time I voiced my concern she was very responsive & accommodating! it wasn't far from anywhere we had to take a car too & the space was very spacious, clean & comfortable! Definitely would reccomend staying here 😊
