This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. Rachel is super easy to communicate and very laid back. Makes me feel right at home. The house cats are also super cuddly and pretty. Not gonna lie I really loved the cats. I could spend all day playing with them. Rachel would also keep them out of your room if you don’t want them in.

Christine is a lovely host who cares about her guests. I booked with short notice and I had specific requests (working from home, iron, etc) that Christine was willing to meet. I enjoyed that chats and the company of Angie the dog and Rosetta the cat. I recommend Christine's place to those who look for a human experience in a house full of character rather than an anonymous and pristine room. Thanks Christine!
