Independent accommodation.

My independent accommodation is conveniently located. Green, quiet and close to the train station (30 min to Brussels Center, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Lion of Waterloo. Some stores including 2 Delhaize are a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The region has charming towns such as Nivelles (5 min), Waterloo (8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!

In a green setting, in the center of Belgium, close to all highways, a part of our 70's house has been converted into a studio with all modern conveniences and comfort to accommodate 2 adults and a baby / child: tv, high speed internet / Netflix, king size bed, washing machine / dryer, WC dressing, walk-in shower, complete kitchenette ... Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.

Maisonette de charme en bordure de Ravel!

Rez de chaussée indépendant tout confort, pour un séjour au calme dans un vaste écrin de verdure! Les amateurs de promenades y trouveront leur bonheur puisque la maison se trouve en bordure d'un chemin de promenade (Ravel 147). Une petite terrasse privée donne accès au jardin. Nous mettons un BBQ à disposition. A proximité: Resto « Ligne 147 » accessible à pied par le chemin de promenade au bout du jardin.
