Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own. The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. - We offer some extra services, for an additional fee: *Mid-stay clean (U$499.00) * Barbecue rental to use during your stay ($100.00 for up to 1 week) * Pool water heating ($45.00 USD per day, 3 days minimum) ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
