The Den 6 Foxcombe Close, is a spacious, highly specified purpose built retreat in the quiet village location of Swanmore. Less than half an hours drive to the hustle and bustle of Portsmouth, Southampton or Winchester whilst being surrounded by beautiful country side. With both the New Forest and South Downs National Parks within Hampshire there really is something for everyone. Did someone say PUB, no shortage of drinking holes round here, we could walk to ten but probably only back from four!

Little Brookwood is a newly refurbished, self contained annexe to our home with its own entrance and private garden. Situated on the edge of the South Downs national park, it is convenient for lovely local rural walks and benefits from a local shop and pubs - all within walking distance. Nearby historic Bishops Waltham provides more local shops and amenities. and the Meon Valley, Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton, Marwell Zoo, and the beautiful New Forest are all within easy reach by car.

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
