Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

Perfect position perched above a corner pub in the Covent Garden sector of London. Views and sounds of the vibrant streets below when the blinds are up windows are open. Complete peace and quiet and seclusion when they’re closed. This apartment provides the absolute best of both worlds right in the middle of the action. Convenient and safe access via stairway entrance, this spacious apartment comes with full kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. An ideal base for a stay in London.

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

Nigel was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

We stayed at The Happy Horny Cow for one night while seeing Beyoncé at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and honestly wish we’d booked an extra night! Jenny’s home is beautiful in every single way – you can tell she’s really thought of everything. From games and Yorkshire tea to dressing gowns, every little detail made it feel like a real treat. The decor is absolutely stunning – such a cool and unique place to stay. Jenny went above and beyond to make it feel special, and we felt so welcome. Would 100% stay again next time we’re in London!

The home is exactly as the description and photos suggest. The location is a very peaceful and private location in a lovely area not far from an array of restaurants, takeaways and transport directly into London. The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need. Phil is a great host and very responsive. Will certainly be staying there again.

We loved staying at Shan's place. It is really peaceful and so close to Muswell Hill and everything this lovely area has to offer from great restaurants, cafés, shops and a gorgeous cinema. If you want an experience like no other, I highly recommend going to see a movie at the Everyman cinema. Thank you for having us and for being a great host Shan.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. Beautiful apartment in a great location, next to the train/tube station. Amazing views of the city, even better at night. Variety of shops very close by. Spotless apartment. A very accommodating and amazing host. 100% will be staying here again.

The apartment was in a great location with a bus stop close by on the main road but the apartment was far enough away from the main road to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The gated car parking space was a real bonus. Everything needed was supplied and the furniture and fittings were of a good quality. Saba was super helpful before and during our stay and always responded promptly. If you dont want go go into London nearby highlights are Lloyd Park and the lovely Walthamstow Wetlands. A great place to stay if you are happy with a little journey on public transport into London. We would stay again.
