A small stream at the bottom of the garden where amateurs can try their hand at fishing! Children will also have fun with a zip line and a small course. The greenway is 1 km away.

Next to the house is a HOT TUB for guests wanting to have a good time (independent). The house has fiber, Wi-Fi and a lockbox at the entrance for a peaceful arrival and departure. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get to Place Ducale by car.
