Cozy apartment near the harbor

The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance is shared. When you enter the apartment, you come directly into the kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine as well as kitchen utensils. From there, you enter the living room with a sofa bed, living room furniture and flat-screen TV as well as the dining area. Furthermore, you can get from the kitchen to the separate bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

Suitable for 2 people it is located in the souterrain of our home. Our holiday apartment is ideal for couples or business travelers. When booking our holiday apartment Kölpinsee (4pers.) in the same house, you can enjoy your holiday at the Müritz as a large family with up to 6 people.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Vacation home at Lake Malchow

This charming apartment offers cozy living comfort in a central location of Malchow. It is located in the old town just 60 m from the water. Within walking distance is the train station, shopping, tourist information and the swing bridge that leads to the Malchow Island. The apartment has a separate entrance. The village of Knehden is surrounded by the Netzowsee-Metzelthiner Feldmark nature reserve, just 5 km from Templin. The village is located in a hilly landscape. Cranes live here, but also sea eagles and ospreys. You can find otters and beavers as well as kingfishers. In autumn, the crane migration is a particularly impressive experience. 3 lakes are within walking or cycling distance.
