2000 sq foot 3 bed semi detached (south wing) 100 year old rectory on private estate with swiming pool. Fantastic location with easy access to london via the Elizabeth line. The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. A 360 video tour in 2d and 3d is available. Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Village cricket ground. 3 pubs all serving great food. West Horndon and Shenfield Station with trains traveling to London regularly. Fords at Dunton approximately 3 miles away. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested. It’s a 5 min drive from the The Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
