Travel the tree lined drive to arrive at this historic cottage, nestled among the 17 acre estate built in 1875, offering a peaceful respite from city life. With mostly original finishings, the cottage provides a very rustic, woodsy appeal, complete with original, if not slightly uneven charmingly creaky floors, lots of beautiful trees and leaves, and many lovely birds and critters. Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
