In 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en omgebouwd tot luxe vakantiewoning voor 10 personen waaronder 2 kinderen. Met 4 sfeervolle slaapkamers, 3 marmeren badkamers en een grote, open leefruimte, bieden wij families en vriendengroepen met kinderen een heerlijk verblijf. In Noordwijk geniet je het hele jaar van het strand en duinen en in het voorjaar van de kleurrijke bollenvelden.

Ons sfeervolle huisje is 50 vierkante meter ( totale oppervlakte . Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Met recht een toplocatie in het Groene Hart Landelijk gelegen en toch midden in de Randstad. Een knusse en toch zeer royale woning met aanlegsteiger en terras op het zuiden gelegen in het pittoreske Rijpwetering. Deze comfortabele woning is gelegen aan de oevers van de prachtige Kagerplassen. Een rondvaart met onze sloep met schipper is zeker een must. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with box- beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

The center of Leiden and the station are close by on foot, by bike or by public transport. You can be in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Utrecht within 50 minutes. Many Dutch sights are easy to reach. If you want to take a short walk in the area, there are several parks within walking distance, with the highlight being Oud-Poelgeest Castle.

Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Loop de deur uit, binnen 5 minuten op het strand! Midden in de oude dorpskern van de gezellige badplaats, vlakbij de winkelstraat en boulevard met leuke restaurants. Maar ook een prima keuken om zelf te koken. Boven een lichte ruime slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed, badkamer met douche, wastafel, toilet en wasmachine. Je kan zitten op ons privé binnenplaatsje. Inclusief 2 fietsen. Gratis parkeren op 300 meter lopen.
