Right on the Alte Strom and just a few minutes from the beach, you'll be staying in the very heart of Warnemünde. Your cozy Fynbos apartment, “Goedehoop,” offers you one bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a rainforest shower. Fishing boats dock in front of the door on the wharf, and you hear the seagulls – real Baltic Sea feeling. You can also use the roof terrace (from mid-April), which is perfect for a relaxing evening overlooking Wmünde.

We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with huge terrace, sauna, fireplace, tub, hammock and much more. Perfect for couples. The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like that, don't book ;-)

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Our apartment is freshly completed in 2019 and furnished in the "Nordic shabby look".

The beach is at your doorstep, rent a boat in the adjacent harbor, kayak through the lake landscape or go cycling in the Müritz National Park... a perfect "feel-good base."

Small apartment (about 36 m²) in the basement of a town villa with a separate entrance. The famous Hotel Neptun is only about 100 meters away. You can't get much closer to the beach. Access is via an electronic lock. Linens and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, FireTV - the kitchen also has Senseo and Sodastream.
