Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

Sam is my favorite host. He is always very fast in responses and helpful suggestions. The room I stayed in was clean and comfy plenty of outlets to charge my stuff. Bathroom was clean and shower always welcoming. It's summer and the rose garden is most beautiful ❤️

Staying at Scott’s restored farmhouse felt like staying at my grandmother’s house. From the moment we walked in, it felt cozy, historic, and incredibly well-furnished. Check-in was self-service through lockbox and Scott was responsive to all my queries before the trip, so finding the place and getting inside were a breeze. We were in want of nothing during our stay, because there were more than enough amenities for everyone and everything, ranging from ingredients for pancakes to multiple indoor and outdoor games to a well-stocked linen closet with extra blankets and towels. Again, it felt like a grandma’s house in which all you need to bring is yourself. There is no service in the area and the flooring is uneven throughout the house which makes it feel trippy sometimes, but for a group of 3 we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The location provided perfect access to whitewater rafting, the Revolution Rail, and Warrensburg town. Would recommend and love to come again.

Our stay at Rachael's Posh camp was fantastic. The attention to detail in every space is unmatched. Beautiful foliage all around and a couple of trails on the property :) I have never felt so in touch with my body and so mindful. My husband and I really needed a place to clear our minds and relax and this was perfect. Wish I could live here! Will definitely be returning in the future :)

Rustic log cabin sleeps 20, hot tub, pool table

Our stay ended up being during lake George’s bike week and our second day the weather was very poor. We were able to stay at the house instead of the over crowded bars and restaurants and play pool, ping pong and hang out in the large living space. My wife had a girls weekend at this home two weeks prior and was the catalyst to me booking. It was everything that we were expecting and more. Rob and Nicole were super accommodating and forthcoming with me the days leading up to our arrival. The grill had stopped working and that was important to us as we had already done a large food order and planned on utilizing it for all meals. Rob had it fixed prior to us checking in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Lake George with a large group.
