Very well connected – a 10-minute walk to the metro, 15 minutes by tram to the city center. A 5-minute walk to the Warszawianka water park and sauna complex. Behind the building is the beautiful Arkadia Park, which features ponds. The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but due to numerous requests from renters, I allow rentals for up to 5 people.

The studio is in the centre, close to the metro station and fully equipped. The 49 m2 apartment is located in the centre of Warsaw, just 400m from metro station. Attention: there is an ongoing staircase renovation, so there is some dirt outside on the staircase. They are about to finish, however we are still waiting for the end.
