Holiday rentals with a patio in Warsaw

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a quiet area, well connected to the center - about 30 minutes by tram. Very good contact with the owner, who was waiting for us with the keys and gave advice on every topic. A big plus of the apartment - a beautiful balcony overlooking the greenery. I recommend 🧚‍♂️

Had a fantastic stay - the apartment was spotless and perfect for our needs. Good location away from the hustle and bustle - balcony was ideal. We did think there were 2 bedrooms and one was a sofa bed - pictures were clear but the description of a double bed in room too was misunderstood as bedroom 2 was the living room but it worked out ok

We had a wonderful week in Warsaw and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very clean, kitchen and bathroom were excellent. The connection to the inner city is great. The parking facility in the parking garage is worth its weight in gold for the region, because there are not many parking spaces outside. The view over Warsaw and the evening sunsets are particularly worth mentioning. A very good accommodation that can only be recommended. Thank you;-)

Lovely apartment with stylish interior in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s a bit outside the city center, but the area is charming and enjoyable. Would be happy to stay here again!

Anetas apartment is compact neat and spotlessly clean. The location is easy for all public transport into the centre of Warsaw. Aneta communicated really well and promptly.. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were incredibly soft. Also a bit tricky to get in and out of the bed as it’s a snug fit in the room. The kitchen was fine for light meals. There are lots of small shops, bars etc for supplies at the base of the building.

It is really a very quiet and cozy apartment. In summer, you can enjoy the green terrace to the fullest. We were personally greeted by the host, there was super delicious rhubarb cake made from spelled flour and drinks. Detergent, dishwasher tablets, cosmetics, coffee and tea were also plentiful in the accommodation. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation and especially the hosts are highly recommended.

Everything was great. The apartment was as in the photo and all the amenities for a perfect stay were provided. We spent three months here and this is the perfect apartment for long-term living. I thank the owner for always being in touch and ready to help with any issue. We'll definitely be back ❤️

The new apartment was the perfect place for us. Kasia met us when we arrived and showed us around. She was very helpful. The flat was very elegant and modern. The train station to Warsaw and Chopin Airport was only 10 minutes walking which was the selling point for us. Highly recomend!

A very interesting place with a unique, artistic atmosphere. A spacious room, a clean bathroom with all the amenities. In addition, an eclectic living room with access to a garden. Contact with the owner without any problems, very nice person and responds to questions almost immediately. In addition, a short distance from the shopping center or public transport stops. Definitely a great option not only for overnight stays, but also for relaxation!

A great, accommodating landlady. Cute little cottage with a swing. Pure nature. We felt very comfortable and were even able to make a fire. It is absolutely worth the money and definitely recommend it.

I had a very nice stay at this AirBnB. I would recommend it as a nice quiet home for a relaxing vacation with family. The hosts made the house very homely for us and we enjoyed our stay, and I appreciated their hospitality.

The place is great for a longer stay, very spacious, I was only there 1 day so I couldn't use it in full. The only downside - the entrance is not suitable for the disabled, the entrance is behind the stairs with a moving side, the access is through the lawn. But cool in the middle. And a nice listing on tv, with all the apps.

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

The apartment is very clean. A big advantage is a large garden and a dryer for laundry :) The kitchen is very well equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet and still very close to the center. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from the apartment. With a clear heart, we can recommend this apartment and the host to other Airbnb users:)

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Everything was perfect. The house was spotless with excellent amenities. The location is perfect in the city center. Easy access and arrival. We would definitely come again.
