Great place for a great price! Loved all the different porches and docks and all the outdoor space and the beautiful view of the lake! Very easy to work from the bnb as well! Janice was kind and very responsive, will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I really liked that we had a personal parking spot, and the location is awesome. We very much enjoyed the stay !!

Ivy on the Stone is a gem. We will definitely return. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large and there is even a large screened porch for relaxing on comfy chairs, a sofa as well as a table for eating. Area restaurants are great, walkable to coffee shops and a large bakery in addition to a charming downtown with boutiques etc. Katherine is extremely attentive and we plan to return. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Paul was so incredibly kind and good with communication. He gave clear instructions and everything was as expected. Such a wonderful and serene property and area. He provides such intricate details. I had a towel that was so incredible soft and looked brand new, he gave me soaps and a loofah, he provides toothpaste and he ever had jars with hair ties, cotton rounds, qtips, etc.!! Hello, talk about details!! He had a snack bar with yummy options and complimentary wine!! If you are looking for a place in Greenwich look no further! This place is just excellent!! A large terrace with nice view to the Hudson River right in front of you. Beautiful surrounding. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. And the bathroom is big with 3 showers at the same time 🙂 Would love to come back. Thank you!

Perfect fit! We will definitely use your property anytime we are in the area! We travel to NJ state fairgrounds twice a year for cattle shows and area hotels are mediocre at best! About 25 minutes from the grounds and once we knew where we were going very easy! We had some confusion on arrival going to the wrong gate (but it was 10pm and we were exhausted 😴) but the night guard was very helpful! We really only slept there but would definitely like to return for some spa treatments 😉! A microwave would be a great addition, otherwise perfect!!!

Great place to stay in a cute town! We were in town for a wedding on Tamerlane Farm Sanctuary. This place was clean and suited our needs! Would recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely at home. We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. Julia was very helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to send us a list of restaurants in the area and to give us instructions by phone on how to find everything including the. Coffee. We will definitely recommend to others!

What a wonderful stay! Bee was so responsive and hospitable, and shared so much local information to make the best of my family trip. Bee’s home was truly a home away from home. It was stocked with all the essentials and more, and very spacious for my family of 5. Very clean, and had no issues at all. There was a grill and fire pit available for our use as well. The lake and beach were all very accessible as well, and Bee had plenty of beach passes available for us to use. All in all an unforgettable experience, a short summer trip my family will never forget. We will definitely come back!

We loved that it was in a gated community and felt safe. The condo was pristine. The keyless entry was not what I was used to but Elizabeth's instructions helped with entry. lots of room to relax. Great host who leaves snacks, drinks and little extras. Enjoyed the gas stove and all appliances were top notch. The condo is on second floor. If you have mobility issues, you may want to find out more. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

We had a great week staying at cove park apartment. Damien was a great host, the house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved being able to walk to Cove Island Park with the kids. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again!

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

John is a super attentive host and the place is a nice clean basement apartment with lots of wildlife! It was the perfect set up for our trip to Bethel. Would def stay here again!
