This cute little neighborhood is quiet and lovely while also being convenient (7 minute drive) to downtown Providence. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Michael’s place. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. Be sure to stop at the Taunton Avenue bakery for authentic Portuguese pastries.

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

Beautiful and well-maintained place. We had a minor issue, but Jonas was very proactive in resolving it. Felt right at home.

The place was in a great area with so much to do in walking distance. It was very clean and the pictures were exactly as they were posted on the listing. Hector responded very quickly and gave great recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. Very clean and convenient with all the amenities we needed. Rebecca provides clear and timely communication without being obtrusive. The surrounding area is next to the ocean and a peaceful place to walk. Definitely take Rebecca's recommendation of Dante's Kitchen for breakfast.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Rachel's home. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Many restaurants, beach, shopping and sites a short ride away. Rachel was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this house and area, just beautiful! We hope to visit again soon.

Host Donna was very responsive. House and linens were very clean. The neighborhood, while quiet was not the greatest to walk with young children. The best things about this house are the kitchen, and the view. Overall it was perfect for our family while our home was being renovated.

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

This is our second stay at Courtenay's historic home. As she describes - it's an old home with the idiosyncracies of a home with over 200 years of history. It is a spacious home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen has all you'll need. The area can't be beat if you are visiting Providence and/or Brown University. We were lucky enough to book her house during our son's graduation and could walk up the hill to the campus in 5 minutes. Courtenay is always responsive and flexible. We will stay there again!

We had the best time the house is always amazing. We’ve stayed there before the yard is wonderful to play games with all your family. Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

Harper House was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect spot in mystic to walk to pretty much everything! We walked to dinner and lunch everyday as well as the shops. Food is great in this area and the hosts left us some great recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in mystic!

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the location (incredible and walking distance to everything in downtown Newport) to the decor, cleanliness, & amenities, this airbnb was perfect for a girls weekend in Newport, RI. I only wish my stay was longer but I would book again in a heartbeat! Every single girl on the trip could not get over how perfect the airbnb was and how on earth I’d found it. I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

Pros: This place was amazing. It has 3 large bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. It fully sleeps 6 vs many places say they do cramming people onto double beds, sleeper sofas and couches. But these were all very comfortable beds with lots of space in the rooms. Great kitchen and living room. 2 large bathrooms. Cons: It's 2/3 below the sidewalk and is on a corner, so there is definitely street noise, so bring ear plugs. We were so happy with this place and I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!
