Holiday rentals with a patio in Warwickshire

Amazing place for kids to stay,lots of hand stuff like plastic plates,cutlery and toys. Perfect location above lots of food place and near shops aswell as bars and pubs! Even left us a few bottles of corona in the fridge which was lovely as we drive all the way from Southampton! The place was clean and nothing wrong with the property at all! Thank you for having us! My sons are both autistic and they absolutely loved all the toys to play with there...wifi for their tablets and Netflix on the tv aswell!

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

I was only there for one night, but I wish I had more time. The rental was lovely and quite comfortable. While the directions were very clear, I did at times think I had to be going the wrong way as it is located behind the street and shops and feels almost like you are in the back of a parking lot. Lots of stairs, but so quaint and full.of character. I was a bit taken aback by the gate inside that led to a downstairs area (I wasn't sure if it was usable or another entry/exit). If I were there longer I would have explored it a bit more. The bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen was just lovely. Despite its older, narrow design, it has quite a lot of space. I would definitely book here again in the future!

had a truly lovely 2-night stay at Rachel’s place in the Cotswolds. From the moment I arrived, Rachel was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a charming village, an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. Rachel went above and beyond by leaving fresh fruit and croissants for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. Everything was just as described (if not better), and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

We wanted to visit Warwick Castle with family and chose Kristin’s unique Airbnb. It’s a lovely property and ideally located for a short drive to the castle and a short walk to the town. It’s a clean and spacious property and we would love to stay again when in the area. Many thanks for accommodating us at short notice.

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.

Fantastic little cottage to stay in… very comfortable and lovely. Steve is fantastic and very helpful. We booked it for a work trip but wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back and highly recommended…

Really comfortable, loads of little touches that made it very memorable. I didn’t take my dog ultimately. John had organised dog as bowls, doggie towels and throws for the sofas. The kitchen was well equipped, a spacious lounge and patio and overall loads of space for 4 adults. A walk in shower was well appreciated in this heat.

Charming home in lovely Chipping Campden. Comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms were throughly appreciated. Terrific location all around. Several good restaurants in town, beautiful walks along the Cotswold Way and easy drive to Statford for an evening of entertainment at the Royal Shakespeare Company.

My 2 friends and I had a great 2 nights at Samantha 's place for a bday weekend celebrations. Samantha left a delivious cake abd 2 bottles of wine for us. So very generous of her. My friends's trains were not until 1400 but Samantha allowed to check out later. We are so grateful. Samanta answered all our queries on time which makes it easier to plan our holiday. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the attractions. The place is clean, plenty of pillows, duvets and pillows. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I m a very fussy person but Samantha's cottage is lovely. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Samantha for making my birthday a memorable one.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. Thank you Gulsharon for your hospitality we had a lovely stay. And we will visit again 🙂 Thia

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and the host was amazing !! So welcoming in the home and very clean. I will defo come back to stay

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

We were attending a conference at the NEC and the location of Paradise Apartment made for an extremely convenient and quick commute. The place was very clean and well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom making for a very comfortable stay. Tim and Karen gave prompt, useful information. I hope to be able to stay here again next time

Lovely few days away in comfortable surroundings. We travelled for a theatre visit to see Hamlet at the RSC & to explore Stratford. Location of property was a 1/2 hour walk through a lovely village with the added bonus of a nice pub enroute. Very convenient for town, had everything you could possibly need and more. Sally was very helpful & responsive. Nice outdoor seating area to chill in too. We had a lovely stay & I highly recommend 😊😊
