Renovated inside and out, no really. This wasn’t lip stick on a pig like my competition, this single family home has new plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, siding, and more. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Nice 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex locally close to MSU and downtown Mankato with lots of restaurants and parks close by. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has full sized bunk beds. Dining room table for 4 and a bar that sits 2. Patio to the side of the duplex with chairs located in the garage to relaxing in the evenings.

The room was huge. The bathroom seemed to be about 1/3 the size of my apartment. Melanie was very friendly. Maneuvering the one-way streets made it difficult to get to where I wanted to go. Bring a good book and sleep mask. If you want to get to bed early or sleep late, the light coming in may make it more difficult to sleep in the summer. There is no television. Melanie can help you find vegetarian food in the area.

Gage and Natasha are wonderful hosts. Cabin was very cozy with wonderful views of Shield's Lake. Perfect place to have an outdoor fire. Lots of trails to walk. Definitely would stay again!

This cabin was very comfortable and in a great location with a wonderful view. Everything from the chairs and toys down at the beach to the patio overlooking the lake, as well as the utensils, spices, dishware, and tub of toys in the living room was set up to be especially convenient. The house was very well supplied with towels and linens, and the beds were cozy.
