Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

The SH is located 1/2 mile from West Quoddy Head State Park, the Easternmost Point in the US. Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
