Love this rental and the location is great. This is our second time here and will be back.

Perfect location for everything and great for a small family. Our dog loved the fenced yard too. Our daughter is an adult but on the spectrum, she loved that the train went by. Great host and so nice. Reliable communication is everything when renting. We will likely return again next year.

This artsy loft-style airbnb was such a unique find and in a great location. Our first time to Marietta and we enjoyed exploring the town, and especially this loft. One of the best airbnb’s I’ve found! The place was clean, spacious and filled with amenities. It was easy to walk outside to shops and restaurants as well as to the trail by the river. Communication with the hosts was easy and everything went smoothly. We were also pleased that the AC kept this top floor loft very cool during a major heat wave. If we come back to Marietta, would definitely stay here again.
