This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

We are located approximately 10 miles from Washington Court House , OH and 12 miles from Wilmington , OH. A local bike trail with access to it several different places in Sabina.
