I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

The house is exactly what we needed and very well located. Near restaurants, in a beautiful neighborhood and privacy. It was clean, with a big pool, a lot of space outside and with all amenities that was described. I liked so much because the house is very illuminated . I want to stay in it again .

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. Luiz kindly left a sled for my kids to use in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor space and the yard has a good deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a den/office with a TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. Luiz was very easy to communicate with.

My family and I had such a wonderful time. The home and the surroundings were so beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Everything was very clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. My toddler especially enjoyed the cute bathtub in the master bedroom. The pool was beautiful, just wished we were there when the weather was nicer, as the water was quite cold. The restaurants nearby (10 mins away) were so good, we especially loved everything from a place called Kingsley Tavern. Overall, loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 and pup had the best time on this gorgeous property! The photos do not do the artful design justice, it’s simply stunning and so thoughtful. Our kids swam ever day and loved the pool. We enjoyed Grace Farms, Prospect Movie Thester and a lovely Father’s Day meal at the Inn at Pound Ridge. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for someone who likes to cook and DoorDash was also easy to use when we didn’t feel like cooking. We will definitely be back! Thank you, RJ and John!

The house was beautiful and very family friendly. They greeted us with milk, orange juice and a carton of eggs in the fridge. They even had a selection of beer testers for my husband to try. We had an issue with the pool heater not turning on and both host were very helpful and responsive. I loved the hand drawn map guide they made me when I could not locate something ! They even got someone out there that same evening. Especially on Memorial Day weekend I was impressed on how quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody and will go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Harry & Alicia’s spot is a gem in the heart of Litchfield County. A beautiful home, oozing with personality. Would definitely recommend for large groups as a very dynamic space with lots of privacy. Communication was top notch and the house was spotless and exactly as described/depicted. Thank you for being first class hosts.

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb during my wedding weekend and it was perfect! The house is beautiful. It had one bedroom and bath downstairs for my grandma to stay in so she didn’t need to go up the stairs. The kitchen is amazing! It was a great distance to the Candlewood Inn where we got married. Jessica was very responsive and always checking in. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Ellen’s Lake House was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and the view of the lake is amazing. My husband enjoyed fishing and we both loved being on the water. Ellen was helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.

My wife, our two kids, and our friends who also have kids had a spectacular time staying at Lindsey's over Memorial Day Weekend. We booked last minute but were very pleasantly surprised at how much fun we ended up having in the area as well as Lindsey's place in particular. It's a beautiful house, immaculately kept, easy check in and check out, with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. There were all kinds of really fun activities for the kids and us both at the house and in the surrounding neighborhoods which made our stay memorable. By far one of the nicest air B&B’s we’ve stayed in. Beautifully renovated carriage house on an incredible piece of property. Todd and Janet warmly welcomed us with their chickens’ fresh eggs, fruit and muffins. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and we enjoyed dining al fresco while hawks flew and deer ran across the fields. Upstairs is a comfortable bed with nice linens and a large bathroom. This is a real gem! We hope to return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay in the woods with a beautiful view of the river. Easy to get to and very close to the charming town of New Milford and many good restaurants. Although right off a busy road it was quiet inside the house. The great room, which is on the top floor, is wonderful and perfect for both working and entertaining and has a full bath. It looks like the photos with an amazing view. The bedrooms and another bath are underneath. The master bedroom is the best. Just be aware you can hear the footsteps from above and not all of the bedroom windows have bug screens. The entertainment room on the lower level which opens into the yard is filled with games and a large tv and was lots of fun. The weather was cool & rainy so we didn’t use the outdoor space as much as we thought we would but there was a kayak. The house was private and although there is no interior deadbolt we felt safe. The house was clean with good heat/ac and wi fi. Hosts were responsive.

If you're looking for a cute little cottage in the woods near the lake to recharge and relax - this is it! KC provided an extensive list of instructions and to know's, which made check in/check out and all the in-between fool proof. KC was super friendly and responsive as well!

The house was spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately, to no fault of the host, power was lost for 2 hours on Saturday. It only posed a problem because 5 people were trying to get ready to attend a wedding at Winvian during that time! The other hiccup was that my granddaughter came to visit while her parents were at Winvian preparing for her uncle's wedding. The listing mentioned baby items, such as a crib, high chair, toys, etc. We couldn't find them. Maybe you have to request them to be able to use them? We made due but it just added an extra challenge. The house is very close to Winvian and was very helpful for going back and forth between the 2 places. As a previous review mentioned, the driveway situation is a bit precarious but in the end, it wasn't as difficult as it first appeared. If I found myself in that area again, I would definitely book it.

This house was wonderful as I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. The views from the balconies and windows were amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The location was secluded but still near shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Rebecca’s house. It was so private and peaceful. Bird and brook sounds filled the air. The house was as serene as the surroundings, with plenty of comfortable furnishings and a great flow. This part of Connecticut was new to me, and it did not disappoint with plenty of rural beauty. We only just began to explore it. The second my family entered the house they begged for a longer stay! I wish we could have stayed longer — we’ll be back.

this place is magical. my sisters and I have stayed here twice now, for her wedding and now for mine. both times the home has been clean and the overall experience has been wonderful.

I needed ice, Rachael put three bags in the freezer before I arrived. Very responsive when I asked questions. My only reservation is about the steps from the parking are to the house level. Hard for old people with bad backs. No problem for everyone else. We were in town for my wife's 50th Kent School reservation, my 51st. How the town has changed!

This house is great and Falguni is an amazing host. I wasn't very familiar with the area but thanks to the messages I received, I was fascinated with all of the things to do. The house was clean, great to hang out in, but also in a great location that made going out easy!
