Monthly Rentals in Washington Township

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

The pool house was a perfect fit for my extended stay. I will definitely try to stay there again. Chris was very responsive when anything came up. I appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings as well as the proximity to many great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice clean apartment with a river view. Right on 2 really nice bike trails with access to nature areas. Nice area with lots of restaurants within an easy walk. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Upon arrival at Stacey’s bnb, I noticed how clean and spotless everything was. I love that. The main living area is large and open. And all around are useful amenities that made my stay stress-free. I felt right at home. Broad Ripple is a great area for walking, biking and jogging, and opportunities for this are right out the door at Stacey’s place. I also appreciate her responsiveness with communication.
