My elderly parents rented this home while visiting on an extended day! It worked well with my mother’s limited mobility and fit their needs very well! They were very happy either way their stay!

Sam’s place was perfect for me. Quiet and accessible to many of the things that I was in town for. Sam communicated proactively and checked in to ensure all went well after my arrival. I would recommend Sam’s place if you’re in the area and need a great home base that is also a good value.

We came to the area to bike the Great Miami Bike Trail, and to see the Giants at Aullwood. It was a perfect location for that as well as places to eat, and shopping. Tina’s house was cozy, clean and just right for us. The kitchen was fully ready to cook in too. We would stay again.
