Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Washoe County

Nice little Craftsman home within easy walking distance to the Reno River Walk and downtown. Convenient to the main streets to reach the freeway, as well. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone! The house itself was very clean. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of it sometimes. Everything is exactly as described 😊

Great space and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio and down by the river in the evenings. Even though it is a shared space, we never saw anyone else in the back yard. We would definitely return.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and it always feels like coming home. I love walking in and seeing the beautiful great room and kitchen. Aarons hospitality is exceptional—he truly makes his guests feel welcome, which makes my stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough; it’s truly wonderful. The peaceful surroundings are so relaxing, and there’s even a cute cat that comes to the window to say hello! I'll be back!!

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Reno celebrating our son's graduation from UNR. Check in instructions were very easy, and anytime i had a question G responded extremely quickly. The main space was great and was nicer in person than it looked in the photos. i also really loved the location as it was extremely close to downtown but in a quaint quiet neighborhood. There was a little bit of clutter in the closets (blankets not folded super neatly, etc) but tucked away so easy to avoid. Overall it was a perfect home for exactly what we were looking for and G was a great host. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Sherry's and we'll be back again next year. She's a great host and does a great job making sure our stay is everything we hope it to be.

Great place to stay! Everything was great and the fur babies loved the yard. The layout was great and it was a great location. Would have loved to stay longer.

We had a great stay! The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup was perfect for our family and extra guests—definitely a big plus. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, diamond peak ski resort. It’s was very spacious, kitchen, living room, master bedroom.

Abigail was very responsive and friendly. Her condo was clean and as described. The driving direction to her place was accurate. The check-in and out instruction were on point. He’d guidebook was also helpful. Thanks for hosting us. We will recommend her comfy condo.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Michael was an excellent host. His instructions for entry were very detailed and his note about the small parking space led us to rent a small car. His place was well appointed, centrally located & had great views. We will be back.

We loved the location. Within walking distance to the tennis and pickleball centre and close to many trails. Enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The location was quiet and safe.

Perfect little place, peaceful, great neighbors. A lot of products stored and gifted! Kitchen and bathroom, a lot of attention to details. Great price for the 2 weeks compared to other places which can't even be bothered to offer decent kitchen plates and cooking ware! Nice linens, nice towels, a lot of thoughtfulness into what a guest needs for a 2 weeks stay. We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Check-in was easy, everything was well kept, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks the Truckee river with our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the river. We walked down to Idlewild Park for the farmer's market on Sunday and brought back good things to cook and eat. Going the other way on the trail with our bikes was a nice ride. We rode all the way up into the hills until we joined with the Steamboat Ditch trail and then went along that for several miles. The apartment is well located for other things as well. We were there for our son's PhD graduation at the University of Nevada and it worked well for that. Highly recommend this airbnb.
