Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a luxurious vacation home for 10 people including 2 children. With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families and groups of friends with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk, you can enjoy the beach and dunes all year round and the colorful bulb fields in spring.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

It is a beautiful green area with a forest in the backyard and 10 minutes by bike to the heart of Leiden city center and 15 minutes by car to the sea. Furthermore, it is located between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 10 minutes drive to The Hague. The location is amazing. Our guests can use 1 parking space on the property. This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
