The highway is 2 km away and the beautiful baroque town of Solothurn is 7 km away. Covered parking is available. A beautiful and clean apartment (50 sq m). Big living and sleeping room, TV, Internet, kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is across the street from the main station, as well as and a grocery store (Aldi), McDonald's, and Subway (~1 minute walk). It is 5 minutes from the old town of Solothurn. Die 2.5-Zimmerwohnung wurde 2017 renoviert. Sie liegt sehr zentral: In nächster Nähe liegen die Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants und zahlreiche Bars, Freibad und die Aare. Auf Wunsch kann ein Kinderbett und ein Sitzli bereitgestellt werden. Zur Austattung gehört ein Racletteöfeli. Ab 12. August 2025 wird die Wohnung für Langzeitmieter (mindestens 3 Monate) zur Verfügung stehen. Bei Interesse bitte melden.
