Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wat Ket

Amazing place to stay! It’s the top Airbnb we have ever stayed at!! The location is so convenient and close to the main Nimman shopping and dinning area!! However it’s in an inner alley so it also feels private and quiet. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming! They waited for us to check in and provided us so much useful recommendations to travel around Chiang Mai. The response was like instant 😂. The host even prepared us breakfasts in the fridge and fresh fruits everyday. There’s also a maid who cleaned the rooms and did free laundry for us everyday! Three bedrooms with three bathrooms are very nice for our family to stay. We spend wonderful holidays here. Highly recommended to everyone!! ❤️❤️

Nanthiya's place is very comfortable and clean, the location is very quiet and it is much more relaxing than staying in the centre of the city. The host picked me up and also dropped me off at the airport and she was very helpful throughout my stay, she also really respected my privacy. I would stay there again.

I hired this place for my fiance and he absolutely loved the charming wood decor. The location was fantastic. Lush greenery and a lazy river just behind the property. The host was proactive with his communication and very welcoming, updating me of my fiancé's arrival. And! the place only 20 minutes from the centre of old town. A bargain for the price.

This is a lovely house in the middle of a quiet and secure neighbourhood. The house is a little old, but maintains its charm nevertheless. Whenever we discovered a minor problem, the manager of the property was very responsive with a solution and was very diligent in ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. When you consider the size of the property, combined with a great servicing from the host, this really is a great deal. I'd strongly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place during your stay in Chiang Mai. I would book here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. The beds were comfortable, and the place had plenty of lighting, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We also appreciated how easy it was to find and access the property. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

My second long stay (two months) here and I will come back for the third time sure. The place is in a top location in the Nimman area - close to all cafes, restaurants, and co-working spaces. The apartment is very clean and maintained by very friendly staff. The Internet is stable and overall didn't have any issues. Highly recommended! The host was always responsive and very helpful.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.
