Our stay at Villa Mkauju was absolutely fantastic! The villa is stunning, offering tranquility and comfort. A big thank you to the wonderful staff who were incredibly attentive and made us feel at home. Special thanks to the owner for maintaining such a beautiful property. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Malindi. Can't wait to return!

This place is definitely worth your time looking at. I thought I’d miss being right at the beach, but honestly, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to Joseph and David and the calm, quiet, cool of Ruby House. We spent time reading, playing games, reconnecting and resting, as well as swimming and bobbing in the creek - listening and watching birds. It is so peaceful - chatting with fishermen, and just taking in the surroundings. We went for a few day trips- the Gede ruins are well worth an hour of your time, sand dunes north of malindi were great. And we LOVED Garoda Beach - much less seaweed and less busy. I could not speak more highly of the staff - they were present but not, flexible, understanding and really wanted to help make your time enjoyable. The rooms were so comfortable. I think it may be a little hot in the very hot month, but it gets a lovely breeze and there is always the one room to escape into for an afternoon nap if necessary - but we didn’t need to do this. Great stay, lovely room and amazing roof terrace! Short walk to the beach and having a restaurant next door was really useful. Would stay again.

Joanna’s place was amazing. My daughter with 6 friends went there and Joanna was very supportive and welcoming. The house is large, breezy, in great conditions, with large en suite rooms. The girls had a cook who helped prepare breakfast and dinner for a very reasonable prize , the pool was cleaned daily and the place was excellent for groups of families or friends. I would highly recommend and we will definitely go back !

WOW!! What a fabulous trip had by all!! 8 adults and 1 baby stayed for 10 nights at Shuma house. We had an incredible trip. Shuma is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful, you really feel at one with nature here!. Shuma house itself is stunning, plenty of space for everyone, all the rooms are quirky, spacious and full of personality. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, and all work incredibly hard to ensure we are well fed and looked after. Martin, Shumas chef cooked us the most delicious meals night after night! Lots of choice and flexibility with meal choices/timings/allergies etc. Robert was amazing and tended to our every need, especially our daughter Elkies needs! Thank you all so much for making our trip to Shuma House absolutely fabulous! It was an emotional goodbye, but it certainly wont be the last!! We will be back!! Thank you! 🤩

A really beautiful house in Watamu, nicer and more welcoming than the photos. We were two families; 4 adults and 4 children in total. The size of the house was perfect and the kids spent all day in the pool, which was well shaded. The outdoor seating area was great for the evenings. And the food prepared by Jackson was delicious.

This is our 5th visit to The Beach House. We keep coming back for a bunch of reasons. Rehema, Ali and the rest of the staff are the best. The location right on the water with perfect views is unbeatable. Communication with Rory is consistently great. The top porch is some of my favorite square footage on the planet. And … have I mentioned how terrific Rehema is?

Really, really close to the best part of Watamu beach. Can't beat the location. It is adjacent to a hotel so you can also take advantage of what they have to offer.

This is a great house, with loads of room, very nicely furnished and a gorgeous garden and sparkling pool just five minutes walk from the beach. It’s very clean and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

Loved our stay! Very responsive and lovely hosts. Great location and very safe with around the clock security. Ann was very accommodating and we will definitely be back!

Daniele's place was a wonderful and memorable experience for us. The staff members are super friendly, thumbs up to the security guard ;Tete and Michael. The cleaners Jacky and Amina, they are very friendly and helpful. Daniele's place was very clean and free of clutter. Many places to have activities and are all so close to each other. We will definitely come.

Erena was a wondeful host who assisted in all manners from pre booking to being around when we needed as well with ideas for what to do and planning meals. The place was lushes and green and so peaceful and loved the loveable furry friends being around which made it feel real homey. Really enjoy my stay and I will return for sure with more friends as it is big enough

We had a wonderful experience at Geoffrey's Airbnb. The location is perfect-centrally situated, making it incredibly easy to access all the places we planned to visit in Watamu. Check-in was a breeze, and Geoffrey was an excellent host, always avallable to help and quick to respond to any questions we had. The added perks of the on-site restaurant and pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxed and convenient trip!

Me and my family had a great stay, Caroline property is absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back again, we felt right at home.

Our stay at Daniela's place was great, the house and rooms are beautifully decorated and professionally cleaned by the staff everyday. We also enjoyed the large spacious garden, the friendly dogs and the pool for relaxing in. We were well taken care of by the chef and the rest of the staff who made our stay very comfortable and helped with everything we needed. The location is also decent with it not being far from restaurants and other attractions in Malindi town as well as the beach and beach restaurants. Overall, I'd say it's a good option if you're looking for a place to stay on holiday in Malindi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Riccardelo, the property is not on the beach front but it really made up for it! The villa is simple but beautiful, it has all the amenities you need. The pool and the view from the villa is amazing. The staff are very helpful and the cook called Praise prepared the most delicious meals. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. 10/10

Agnes was the most amazing host anyone could ask for. She gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the surrounding area. She even went out of her way to post my passport back to me after I left it there (an absolute life saver!!) Her house is lovely and spacious and 2 minutes from the beach. The beds are all super comfy and all come with mozzie nets. There was some shortage of water, but she provided us with plenty of bottles of mineral water. I would definitely recommend Agnes’ place ❤️❤️

Beautiful Villa, very clean immersed in a fantastic garden cared for in every detail, the pool is very clean and always ready. Sergio was always active and gave us all the instructions to get there and for all the questions asked. The Villa is inside a very safe community gate with 24/7 security staff. In Malindi he suggested a very nice beach club and given directions to restaurants, I suggest this beautiful Villa and we will definitely be back soon and for longer with friends! I want to thank Hanna and Richard again for their hospitality. They are among the best hosts I have ever had while traveling with Airbnb. This time I was traveling alone, and they helped me every time I needed assistance by responding immediately to my messages and finding solutions to my requests. The house is new and lovingly furnished. It is very close to their home, and they have 7 adorable and friendly dogs who are excellent guards of the property. You can easily reach the main road in 5 minutes on foot and the beach in 15 minutes walking. The city center is just a 5-10 minute drive away. I slept very well because the property is surrounded by greenery. There are some other villas nearby, but the area is very quiet.
