Boat access to our private dock may not be possible at this time as water levels fluctuate and are beyond our control.

It is 1 and 1/2 hours to the Smokies for a day trip or to Asheville NC. DOG friendly upon approval/ pet fee MUST be paid

The large stained glass window at the eave of a 22 foot cathedral ceiling cast every hue of blue onto the ceiling, loft and floor at different times of day. Host next door if needed.

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

Walk down the steps and jump in the 3rd cleanest lake in the country! Paddle our 17ft Canoe or 2 kayaks, view bald eagles or explore 105 miles of national forest. Then relax by the outdoor firepit to end your day with views of the sunset.
