Monthly Rentals in Water Island

Once again, an amazing experience! This is our 4th time at Windswept and we feel like it’s home when we arrive. Well stocked kitchens, comfy beds, plenty of towels for bath and beach, lots of little thoughtful touches. We rented both sides and it gave our group of 7 plus baby plenty of room to spread out. Will always go back.

Great Central location to explore WI. Convenient to the ferry and the beach. Discounted golf cart rental was perfect!

What a wonderful host! Excellent communication from start to finish. As an added bonus Mazin picked me up from the airport, gave me a wonderful tour of the surrounding area and the property. Has an excellent and well stocked corner market a minute from the property. Super close to the airport and convenient for what I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We are not much for doing reviews but this is deserving. Ray and Cheri are wonderful people. (and quite famous around the island!) The property is cozy with a fantastic view of the sunsets every night. Cruise ships coming and going, star gazing and even some really cool lightening shows! We rented a golf cart and I recommend doing so. Truthfully we only toured the island twice but became regulars at Dinghy's bar at Honeymoon Beach. It is always entertaining. We snorkelled EVERY day with at least a dozen turtles. Dinghy's has fantastic food...Poke Bowl is the bomb! Mar Brisa is rustic but very comfortable, the home was built with love by the owners and you can just feel the good vibes! We were greeted by Cheri's beautiful turtles, we bought some art from them...we highly recommend!
