Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterbury

We loved our stay at Sarah’s farmhouse! From the beautiful Connecticut landscape to the adorable farmhouse furnishings and decor, everything about it was amazing! Sarah has thought of every little detail to make her guests feel right at home. We would highly recommend staying here while traveling through this lovely area!

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Glenda was friendly and had great communication from Start to Finish. This was a nice location for a family fun weekend. Although the drive is close enough to stores if you need anything (target/stopnshop/bjs etc), the property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard is a great place to hang out and relax with the fire pit or have fun in the pool. And when the weather was crappy the pool table and hanging out in the basement den was nice. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. We enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend. Thanks again! 😊

Jason has a wonderful home right on Bolton Lake. House is very clean, very modern with lot's of ammentities. If you want a nice relaxing lake visit perhaps to visit family in the area (which is what we did) it is perfect. He was always super responsive usually inside of30mins, and getting into the home was a breeze.

The Bassett House was stunning! We loved all the personal touches that made it feel warm and special. A perfect, cozy stay - we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very cozy lakehouse with beautiful view. Loved the hottub and even kayaked a bit in the lake :-) Had a great time, would love to visit again.

We absolutely loved Carol’s place! It was super comfortable, beautifully decorated (while maintaining the unique charm and character of the home) and Carol truly thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Carol was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the view overlooking the lake and all the windows to watch the birds. It’s also a beautiful area with lots to do nearby. This Airbnb is truly a gem and we look forward to another stay there soon!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. The decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances I needed, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—convenient and easy to access nearby attractions. I especially loved the gorgeous backyard, which was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and beautiful stay!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

Jeri is a wonderful woman and host. The stay for my family of 4 was immaculate. Everything was clean, welcoming and homey. There were so many ammentities provided, it made our stay pleasant, easy, and super satisfactory!! Fresh eggs, cream, and butter at request. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets available! Washer and Dryer access and parking right next to the sliding doors for easy entry, loading and unloading was suuuuper convenient. All the coffee you want, if you're into that (I Am)! Plus she recommended some family friendly activities around the area which was very much appreciated. I can not say enough positive things, without using up all the characters provided to write this review; you will just have to go and see for yourself (: I recommend 100% - Thanks again to the wonderful hosts for providing a top notch stay during our trip to Conneticut. Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. We will be back for sure

Dan is a wonderful host who is incredibly responsive and helpful in providing information about ways to enjoy New Haven. The property was just as described; so many charming New England touches were added or part of the home to make it feel distinct to the area. We were so grateful they were able to accommodate us and our baby!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.
