Monthly Rentals in Waterford

Wonderful historic house in a wonderful historic district! Everything about this house, the location, and the host is way above average! It deserves six stars, but five is the most allowed! The house has wonderful charm and historic appeal, and I loved the large living spaces plus little nooks to sit and read in. Air conditioning worked well, which is a big plus for historic houses. The back yard is also a great place to sit in the shade and enjoy the settings.

Tim and Heather couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Their farm was beautiful and the perfect environment to take a retreat from the bustle of city life. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful host — super friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
