Laura exemplifies one of the finest Airbnb hosts I have encountered. Her property was impeccably maintained—clean, inviting and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality cookware, and the utensils, plates and pots were pristine, reflecting her attention to detail. Throughout the house, clear signage and detailed instructions provided convenience and ease. You can easily connect to the internet if needed, but the farm is so beautiful that it’s also perfect for relaxing and unplugging. Laura was exceptionally accommodating, graciously allowing our young child to feed the cows—an unexpected delight, as the cows were notably friendly and sociable. It is evident that Laura invests considerable effort to ensure her guests’ comfort and experience are nothing short of exceptional. I would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend her property for weddings and other events—any occasion that calls for a high-quality, memorable experience.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend as we celebrated my son’s wedding in Leesburg. This location was excellent for getting in and out of town. We enjoyed relaxing and chatting both inside and on the patio. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would come again!!

Absolutely stunning, peaceful and the best getaway in nature with the comforts of home. Clean, well decorated, comfy with charm. The views from the treehouse are incredible and you feel like you are sleeping with the birds in the most cozy little spot. We hiked the 2 mile road to the property every morning. And enjoyed coffee after. Town is close by with the cutest shopping. We saw out there are more great properties to discover by our hosts at 'Waterford Reservations'. We will be checking all of them out and visiting again. Our hosts were responsive and helpful for anything we needed. This place made the wedding weekend away truly incredible. 10/10!
