Super cute little spot. Easy access, had everything you need for a quick visit! I was here for 9 days for work and really enjoyed myself. Bed is comfortable, great water pressure and cozy little couch. Quiet complex in general and minimal sounds from other units. Has pretty well everything you need and I’d definitely come back

Really great place. Spacious, big comfy beds. Plenty of restaurants and food shops nearby. The perfect base for us to visit family.

Jules is a prime example of a quality host. She proactively checked in at just the right times to ensure I had everything I needed for my extended stay. Her condo is a lower unit in a 4 split, inside a quiet complex, minutes walk to everything and anything you could possibly need. Clean, cozy, perfectly equipped.

Their place is always pleasant and being close to a trail is not a bad thing, either. checking in and out is a snap with the co-hosts

Gayathri is an amazing host with a great heart to help and make one comfortable. She was very warm, friendly and kind and even extended help when I took unwell. I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

One of the best things about this place is the host—Jas is always available and incredibly helpful. Everything looked exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. We stayed for two months, and aside from a couple of occasional service and maintenance needs, everything was smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Jas!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's airbnb. Everything was exactly as he listed. The place is stunning. The condo has lots of great amenities. We had an issue with the coffee maker and Michael went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back soon!

Me and my family had a great time at Faran's place. The place is great and Faran is very responsive. I hadn't read all of the instructions carefully before and only saw belatedly that there were instructions on how to get into the parking garage that required us to send them my licence plate. Faran responded immediately to my belatedly sent request. The place itself was perfect for our stay. The place itself is very light and has a great view. The furniture is pretty, the kitchen is clean and looks great, and has everything one needs. The place is a good combination of cozy and fancy. My family was impressed. :) The two bathrooms were very helpful. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We really had everything we needed. My mom also commented positively on the AC and being able to control it easily, as she's not used to ACs. As this was a family vacation, we also really appreciated the privacy of the place. Getting in was really easy. Can recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Our 2nd stay at The Laundry Rooms! We loved it. Clean, bright and great location. Love the 2 bed and 2 bath set up and the amenities were great. We will be back!!
