We had a wonderful stay at Salt & Sand! The location was central, neighborhood was peaceful and also walking distance to the big chill and restaurants in the area. The townhome was well kept and had all the basics that we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay for families!

My family and I loved everything about this place! It was even more beautiful than the photos, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and we loved riding the bikes and golf cart around, to the pool and the hangout spots nearby. There was so much to do within a short distance. The host was amazing! She kept in touch regularly, and I feel, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. I would recommend to anyone! And would definitely book again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ashley!

We go to 30A regularly and this was our first time staying in this area. It will not be the last. This a great place and a great location. Steps away from The Big Chill, an amazing pool, and right by a state beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and perfect for our family. We loved it and would recommend to all.

We loved our time at this beautiful and tranquil casita in the heart of everything. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning, the super comfy bed at the end of the day, and in between kayaking to the beach! Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. Looking forward to next time! Keely & Jeff
