It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25

Harry Potter studio only 8 mins drive. Tesco express 4 mins and ASDA 17mins walk. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher available.

Located a 7 min walk from Watford Junction train station with regular services to central London (18 mins), Wembley (26 mins), direct coaches to Heathrow and transfer bus to Harry Potter Studios, our place is a spacious Victorian 3 bedroom house with all the home comforts from wood-burning stove to well equipped kitchen. We have two bathrooms and a small garden for you to enjoy. All amenities are nearby including shops, award winning park and traditional local pub. Parking is free on request.

Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride. Heathrow airport is a 15 minute drive, Luton airport is a 25 minute drive, Harry Potter world is a 10 minute drive.

Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.
