Our stay at Anita’s place was amazing. The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished. The garden area is a lovely too, and everywhere is so spacious, indoors and outdoors. The home was very clean too. The area is so quiet and peaceful, really is such a great get away from the busier cities and towns. Such a great place and definitely worth the money.

What a fantastic home! We stayed at the cottage for 2 weeks! The cottage was easy to find, very clean and extremely close to the amenities of Berkhamsted. Gonny was awesome - great comms and super helpful. Would recommend!

Rayan was extremely attentive and really went above and beyond to help. We arrived to hours early, initially just to drop our bags off before heading onwards to our event, however Rayan kindly offered us early check in. The property was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. It’s a modern space with great transport links and not too far from Wembley, which is our event was. I would not hesitate to stay with Rayan again. Top host!

Abbey Mill Lodge and the surroundings are beautiful and the location is great - a short walk from Verulamium Park, the city centre and the cathedral. The inside is bright and modern whilst maintaining the historic charm of the mill. We enjoyed the sound of the river flowing through the garden. The design of the property is quirky and makes good use of the space, however it’s useful to know that are a lot of stairs/steps and an open plan upstairs living room so not ideal for a baby on the move, but we made it work. Grace is a great host! Very responsive and proactive in her communication, and she popped over to say hi which was nice. We’d happily have stayed longer and recommend Abbey Mill Lodge to other guests!

This was such a nice place to stay, we were not here for the Harry Potter Studio, but visited the birthday of our daughter in a nearby park for the picknick. Having said so, if you were to visit Mr HP then this is an excellent location to do it from. It is a Harry Potter fun house for sure. The property itself is clean, well layed out and a free off the road parking slot, very handy in an are where all other parking is payable. Long story short... Gouranga (that means Be Happy).

This house really became our home away for home for the duration of our trip. As soon as we got there it really felt warm and cozy and just...alive. Today a lot of AirBnBs are tailored to fit an average expectation and they tend up to be very impersonal. This the exact opposite. From the lovely plants everywhere, the funny notes left by Melanie in key areas, the art, the books... you feel as if a friend lent you her house. This was a real pleasant and quintessentially british experience ! Also VERY convenient with lots of groceries stores around 5min walk. It took us 10min walk from the neareast Underground Station. The area is typical, with charming houses and, a bit further, a busy street with big sidewalks and a varieties of shops. Furthermore Melanie communicated extensively with us which made our stay very smooth. Thank you for helping us having a fantastic trip :)

The property is lovely and there is ample space for the guests. The kitchen is well equipped and the host took any feedback we had on board. We had a lovely stay and the host was very communicative and understanding. The only thing to note is that the rooms had quite thin curtains, so a lot of light came in. Not a problem for us but it you are a light sleeper I’d recommend bringing an eye mask! 🩷

Booked on behalf of 4 work colleagues and were all very happy and had no complaints. Very rare to find air bnbs that will take bookings for 1 night so extra brownie points for that too!

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

Samir's place was very spacious, modern apartment and a convenient place to stay to visit London. Samir communicated eith we is throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation. We came to London to visit family and it was lovely to stay somewhere that also allowed dogs. We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio is in an idyllic location in the quiet countrywide with a lovely village pub within a couple of minutes walk. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. We loved having fresh eggs for breakfast on the patio over looking the chickens and alpacas! Really easy to get into Hitchin and would definitely come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah and Chris’s guesthouse! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Deborah was a warm, welcoming host and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for anyone visiting the Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studios – just a short and easy trip. Highly recommended – we’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

We stayed at Frank’s place for the Henley Women’s Regatta which was within a 20 minute drive. Easy access to London too. Frank was very friendly and welcoming, would stay here again!, and recommend it to anyone!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Jon’s place. It has everything you need to feel right at home. The area is very pleasant and safe with easy parking. The location is second to none with the train station 5 mins walk away and fantastic local shops and brilliant locally run restaurants right there. Whilst Jon’s kitchen is fully equipped to cook and eat at home, we were on holiday so mostly ate out and had a lot of meals locally which we could walk to. Special shout outs to the Shenley Sandwich for breakfast and brunch, Paolos Italian, Likya and Divan for all the kebabs and more, the Wimpy ( of course, so much better than maccers). Overall, we thoroughly recommend Jon’s place.

We enjoyed our stay. Kieran was very friendly and responsive, a super host. Check-in was seamless. The apartment is better than the pictures; clean, full of amenities. Apartment is walking distance to the bus stop and a not too far to the train station. Overall it was a beautiful experience. The kids enjoyed themselves also. We'd definitely return 👌

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

Such a unique little flat in prime location for what was needed for us and travelling to and from Ascot. Hala was really helpful sorting out our parking permit and responsive and checking in to see if anything was needed. Will 100% book again for next year

I really loved my stay here. A beautiful location, peaceful and private, but also closed to all of Hampstead Heath and the underground station. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly was described. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!! Dan was a perfect host.

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

Wow what a wonderful apartment. We had so much space and it was clean, quiet and charming. Jilly and David couldn’t do enough for us and were very helpful with information about where to shop and eat out. We came mainly for Whipsnade Zoo which is only about ten minutes away and we had a great time. We will be back!
