Perfect room. Exactly like the pictures. Great view. Dang is helpful and responsive. Everything is comfortable. Very fast WiFi. condo building is great too. Good price. Just be aware there is no TM30 available for this room which might be a problem for some long term visa.

Host Miranda is very kind and always try to take care of guest. Condo is much better than expected and everything is working well. Gym and swimming pool are well conditioned . Location is perfect~nothing better:)

The location of the house is very friendly. It is only a few minutes away from the skytrain station. It is next to 711 and bigc. If you come to Bangkok and do not want to stay so central, I recommend you to come to Billionaire. It has everything. The view of the swimming pool at the top of the house is very good. It is facing the direction of the sunset. You can also see the whole Bangkok skyline. The room is enough space for two people, clean and hygienic, there is a refrigerator induction stove microwave, which is very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with — always responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It felt like a cozy home away from home. If I return to Bangkok, this place will definitely be one of my top choices. Beautiful place, had a good stay

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

Host is very responsive and extremely friendly, you don’t have to hesitate to approach and ask questions as you know you will be greeted with friendliness. Place was amazing and it was worth every single cent, one of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!

Great stay! Very clean and host was very kind and responsive. Picked me up as well. Only thing is that there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The stay was fantastic, the house is just as shown in the photos and has everything you need to spend a few days. Very well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very authentic 🫶🏼 The location is very convenient for the subway and also for getting around on foot. MeiMei was very available at all times 🫶🏼 I would just add that in the bathroom sometimes there was a bad smell but it was not a particular problem for us. In general, it is highly recommended for the price and I would definitely return ❤️

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The apartment was awesome, clean spacious and comfortable, some minor damage to the walls and the apartment complex as a whole, but that doesn’t dampen the experience, a few extra cooking utensils and pans would make things easier and quicker, overall a beautiful apartment and very enjoyable stay
