Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waxhaw

This is our second visit to Danielle and Greg‘s beautiful home. We would book over and over again.

Exceeded expectations! Extremely comfortable and spacious, inside and outside. We would definitely stay again. We stayed at Joanna’s place with my brother and his family for our sister’s wedding weekend. Four adults and four young kids and there was plenty of room. The large fenced yard was great for the kids. The bedrooms were very large and easily fit our four pack and plays. We spent a lot of time on the many porches and decks. The place was walking distance to downtown and we enjoyed walking to breakfast every morning!

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

The location was great. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Also downtown parks and playground are great for the kids

The house was very clean and accurately described. Our only issue was that it was described as NODA but was actually the Belmont.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for my son’s wedding. The location was ideal in that it was close to all venues but also felt “off the beaten track” being in an isolated neighborhood (good for evening strolls). The house was well maintained and well-suited for our needs since the bedrooms were removed from the main living space. The fenced backyard was ideal for letting out the dog for a little exercise and potty breaks. Highly recommend with no reservations and would not hesitate to stay there again..

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Phyllis's cottage. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated and had enough space for 4 girls to get ready for a wedding. The area around the home was peaceful and serene. Everything matched the photos and check in/out was easy. Beds were comfortable, there were light snacks, food recommendations were made available, and even a little guest map to see where everyone came from! Highly recommend and would definitely choose this space again if in the area.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. The kitchen was well appointed - had everything that we needed. The area was very quiet and private - felt safe arriving home after dark. Happy to recommend - would stay again.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

This apartment fit our needs really well. The building is really quiet and the amenities were nice. The apartment was quiet and we never really heard the neighbors. I think if the whole place was freshly painted and the carpet was replaced it would be ideal but would definitely stay again

A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. We’ve stayed at this Jahan's place several times and keep coming back every time we visit Charlotte, it truly feels like our home away from home. The beautiful interior design, spotless cleanliness, and the warm, friendly hospitality of the host make it an easy choice for us. The location works perfectly for our needs, and having Camp North End nearby with its great food and drinks is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Charlotte for short, mid or long stay.

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

Kristin’s place is a great home base to explore Midtown Charlotte. There are lots of local things to do, eat, and see in close proximity, a grocery store is across the street for those who want to cook away from home, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. I would strongly recommend this place and this host.

Clean and spacious, with great location! Enjoyed listening to the live band on Friday night, and didn’t have to venture outside of NoDa for anything I needed.

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!
